Agreement
By using Craft Catering, you agree to these Terms and remain responsible for menu content, pricing, and legal compliance.
Platform fee
Craft Catering charges a platform fee on completed orders. Outstanding platform fees remain due if an account is suspended or closed.
Acceptable use and anti-abuse
You must not access other tenants' data, spam customers, upload unlawful content, manipulate order statuses, split orders artificially, or move customers off-platform to avoid fees.
Account termination
We may suspend access for violations. Outstanding platform fees remain due.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craft Catering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
